Welcome to our Registration Page. We are pleased to provide you with the information and forms you will need to register your child at Cardinal Pacelli.

Registration Process
Registration is open and on-going, although current school families receive priority registration and re-enroll each year in January.  Written confirmation of admission is communicated to all families in February. Academic screening is required for transfer students and incoming students in grades 1-8. Admission takes place on a priority basis, so we encourage families to register early.

Registration Materials
The following items must be filed to complete your child’s registration. They are available in the links at the bottom of this page.
-Completed Registration Packet
*New Student Registration form
*Medical and dental forms (must be on file by first day of school)
*New student screening form
*Release of records form
*Request for bus service (Cincinnati Public or Forest Hills)
-A copy of your child’s birth certificate
-Proof of residency (if living in Cincinnati Public Schools district)
-A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate
-A registration fee of $200 for grades K-8/$100 for Pre-K and Preschool (applied toward tuition)

Admissions Policy
New students in all grades (Pre-K to Grade 8) are accepted in the following order, according to their parents’ affiliation with Our Lord Christ the King Church:
1). Current, active Our Lord Christ the King parishioners with:
*children who currently attend Cardinal Pacelli School
*children who do not currently attend Cardinal Pacelli school
2). New Our Lord Christ the King parishioners
3). Parishioners of other Catholic parishes
4). Non-Parioshioners/Non-Catholics
