The primary grades are introduced to map skills.   They also study neighborhoods and communities, along with special calendar events, customs, traditions, and government.  Fourth graders learn United States geography and US history.  Geography and the ancient world are explored in the fifth grade, while the sixth grade curriculum focuses on the growth of civilization through modern World History and geography.  Seventh graders studies American History and eighth graders learns about the Constitution, the election process, stock market and our legal system.
